The **Customer Service Representative** is responsible for providing administrative support to the body shop operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they arrive in a pleasant manner
- Provide customer service for customer repairs in progress and appointments.
- Answer incoming phone calls in a prompt, polite, and professional manner and direct to appropriate department.
- Screen calls and direct to the appropriate party, and/or obtain enough information to allow for follow-up that is convenient for the customer
- Receipt and record cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers
- Assist in writing estimates using Mitchell, Audatex, Profit Net and take pictures of vehicle for damage review.
- Must open and close repair orders for all incoming and outgoing vehicles in a timely manner
- Data entry/invoice recording/limited accounting items.
- Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed
- Must be team orientated and comfortable in an open office setting
- Must have a strong attention to detail

**Qualifications**:

- Have Basic Automotive Knowledge
- Minimum 2 year of customer service experience
- Minimum Level of Education: High School or Equivalent

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Work environment**: Front desk
