Ece Teacher Assistant

**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist teachers in preparing and organizing instructional materials and classroom resources.
- Support the educational development of students by providing one-on-one or small group assistance.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers on individual student needs.
- Help maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Engage with students during activities, encouraging participation and fostering a love for learning.
- Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special education needs.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student progress and classroom activities.
- Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities as required.

**Skills**
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with students and staff.
- Leadership qualities to guide and motivate students during learning activities.
- Experience in childcare or working with children in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with special education practices and strategies to support diverse learners.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively within the classroom setting.
- Background in early childhood education is preferred, demonstrating knowledge of developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices.
