Northern Lights Property Group is looking for a motivated individual to fill out a full-time contract remodel crew. We are seeking someone who is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented and willing to work hard. This is an opportunity to be part of a team that is growing in Winnipeg, MB and beyond.

**Qualifications**
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Minimum of 1 year construction experience in commercial or residential renovation projects
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and be able to move furniture, fixtures, etc.
- Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Must have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must have the ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions
- Must be able to work on feet for extended periods of time and be physically able to perform essential job functions

Job Duties**:Preparation/Assembly of Projects**, **Installation of Project Materials**, **Installation of New Windows/ Doors**, **Installation of Ceiling Fans**, **Installation of Furniture/Fixtures**, **Installation of Decorations**, **Installation of Hardware, **Installation of Flooring**, **Installation of Paint/Carpet/Veneer**, **Preparation/Assembly of Projects for Installation on Crawl Space**/Dry Sump System**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$30.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Winnipeg, MB R3T 4B9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Skilled Labor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
