**Study Coordinator - 12 month contract**

The Ophthalmology Department, Sunnybrook Hospital is seeking an experienced individual to join our team as Study Coordinator to cover a 12 month maternity leave.

**Responsibilities**:

- Familiar with the administrative process related to study start-up; REB processes/requirements

Experience with/knowledge of research regulations (ICH-GCP, TCPS2, N2 SOPs, Health Canada Division 5)
- Study start-up in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures
- Ensure study maintenance including ongoing training, monitoring participant recruitment, follow-up and data integrity including tracking study timelines/milestones for multiple research studies
- Study closure in compliance with all applicable policies and procedures;
- Assist with staff recruitment and onboarding; provides functional supervision of team members.

**Requirements**:
Proven coordinator experience with GCP.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- medical writing: 1 year (preferred)
