Condominium Custodian Floater

As a condominium custodian floater, you will be responsible for keeping all common areas of our buildings clean and tidy, while providing excellent customer service to the buildings' residents. **VEHICLE IS REQUIRED** - this position will require travel between buildings within your designated quadrant of the city. Gas usage will be reimbursed. Locations are deep in the northwest.

Job Requirements
- Moderate physical activity - must be able to carry 10lbs of equipment (backpack vacuum).
- VEHICLE REQUIRED. Must be comfortable driving in all weather conditions.
- Reliable and detail oriented.
- Able to work Monday through Friday during the day.
- Must be able to work alone with mínimal supervision.
