Young Rembrandts is a national award-winning drawing program. Our innovative step-by-step process teaches preschool and elementary aged children basic to intermediate drawing techniques. The curriculum encourages children to express their imagination while improving motor skills, patience, focus, and ability to stay on task.

Hire, supervise and train instructors, provide feedback, provide classroom management tips, ensure safety procedures are followed.

Acquire new accounts in North Vancouver and West Vancouver. Approach schools/principal and present/sell the program.

Salary range is very wide as it is a percentage of the gross revenue generated by the schools in North Vancouver and West Vancouver. The more schools you acquire and oversee, the hirer the salary.

Summer and school holidays off. Fridays and weekends mostly off.

**Requirements**:

- Must have reliable access to a car, valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Significant experience teaching/leading children ages 3.5 to 12 years old. Classroom management experience.
- Must be generally available mid afternoons on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. You would be visiting 2 or 3 schools per week.
- Mature, dependable and organized.
- Criminal background check for vulnerable sectors.
- Live in North Vancouver or West Vancouver.
- Clear spoken English (other language an asset).
- Interest in visual art.

Assets:

- Sales experience.
- Drawing skills that would allow you to occasionally sub in and deliver a lesson.
- Knowledge of private school sector.
