**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Continuous Improvement Manager with tasks related to ongoing company projects.
- Prepare and compile reports to track project progress and outcomes and pull data.
- Review, modify, and edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other company documentation forgrammar, clarity, and consistency.
- Maintain organized records of project documentation and modify any updates.
- Scanning through data to identify relevant information, then proceed to correct errors and organizing information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing.
- Updating information into Marathon’s ERP databases as well as informing relevant parties regarding encountersof inaccuracy.
- Accurately recording, organizing, and clearly documenting meeting minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the Continuous Improvement Manager as needed and delegated as well as assist in special projects as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong attention to detail, especially in written communication.
- Excellent grammar and editing skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from the Continuous Improvement Manager.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office. Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Epicor Prophet21(P21) experience would be an asset.
- Organizing skills with multi-tasking.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed.
- Proficient touch-typing skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- Critical thinker and great attention to detail. Good time-management skills.
- College graduation or equivalent

**Schedule**:
Mississauga location (On-Site)

Full time temporary position with 6-months contract (potentially to increase depending on availability and performance)

Monday to Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM

$22/hour

Start date: ASAP.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.00 per hour
