The Victoria Club is a private social club that offers a wide range of activities and amenities for its members from bowling to pool and shuffleboard. At the Victoria Club, we pride ourselves on 100 years of offering our members a comfortable and inclusive environment.

We are looking for a skilled and customer oriented part-time Bartender/Server to join our team. As a bartender/server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests by preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency & the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet & Interact with our members & Guest in a friendly and professional manner
- Prepare and serve a wide verity of alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages including cocktails, beers, wines, spirits & colas.
- Maintaining an accurate & balanced cash float
- Maintain overall cleanliness & organization of the facility including but not limited to: Re stocking supplies as needed, vacuuming, mopping, & other overall cleaning duties as directed by management.
- Adhere to all relevant Health & Safety regulations
- Collaborate with other team members & management to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Opening & closing of facility as required

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one-year bartender/server experience
- The availability to work a wide range of shifts - _Afternoons, evenings & weekends_
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Completion of Serve it Right

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekends as needed
