**Overview**

Rideau Ferry Country Home is a warm and supportive retirement residence dedicated to providing excellent care and a comfortable living environment for our residents. We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and motivated Unregulated Care Provider (UCP) to join our team.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist the General Manager with daily operations and resident care needs.
- Provide personal care and support to residents with dignity and compassion.
- Lead by example and support team members during shifts.
- Document resident care and promptly report changes in condition.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and coordination of care when required.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retirement or long-term care.
- UCP training, PSW Certificate, or HCA certification preferred.
- Prior nursing experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and remain adaptable in a fast-paced setting.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to resident-centered care.

**Schedule**
- Mondays through Fridays; 7:30am to 2:30pm.

**Wage**
- Wage will be determined based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
