Our core business hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (may vary depending on the role). This role is ideal for someone eager to make a significant impact, work hands-on with metering equipment and data systems, and contribute to reliable and efficient energy measurement and billing solutions. **General Description**: Under general direction of the Vice President of Operations, the role will be responsible for executing scope of work as per contractual requirements, identifying potential customer related improvements and added value services or products. Providing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and fostering professional relationships with clients, property management & building staff to ensure customer service excellence. **Characteristics, Features, Requirements**: This is a fulltime position. During your employment, you are expected to familiarize yourself with the CARMA Quality Manual, CARMA Health and Safety Manual, the Field Orientation Safety and Technical Manual, the CARMA Installation Manual and the Commissioning and Installation Inspection Manuals.
