Fuel Supplements is a growing business in the supplement, vitamins and sports nutrition industry. We've been in business for over 13 years with stores located in Coquitlam, Burnaby and New Westminster.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Demonstrates good leadership qualities with at least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to help them reach their health and fitness goals
- Motivated to achieve great results and be a leader for their team
- Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
- Initiates completion of tasks or activities without necessary supervision
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Must live an active lifestyle and have basic supplement knowledge
- High energy with a positive attitude.
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Flexible availability - including nights, weekends, and holidays

HUMAN RESOURCES:

- Motivate the team; create a positive environment, look for excellence and develop a sense of belonging and pride to work for Fuel Supplements; pass on Fuel Supplements mission and vision to the team;
- Manage employee work relations and implement progressive disciplinary measures if necessary, including dismissals in accordance with provincial laws, procedures and policies of the company;
- Execute employee performance evaluations;
- Plan work schedules, communicate them to the employees and control absenteeism and tardiness;
- Act as a role model in every situation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coaching, and motivating your team to drive sales that deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products offered, and teaming up with co-workers to provide excellent sales service
- Delivering sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational expectations
- Act as a partner between customers, sales associates and store leadership
- Ability to learn and share expertise of products and trends to fit customer’s needs
- Maintains an awareness of all product knowledge, and current or upcoming product / trends
- Contributes to a positive and inclusive work environment
- Maintain adequate levels of Inventory and manage expired products
- Control the flow of inventory through our e-commerce and retail chain
- Manage smoothie bar inventory and oversee operations.
