**Field Supervisor - Landscape Maintenance Department**

**About the Role**

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate multiple landscape maintenance crews.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every site.
- Conduct property inspections and address quality control issues promptly.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding service schedules and site updates.
- Train, motivate, and support field staff in best practices and safety compliance.
- Manage work orders, time tracking, and material usage reports.
- Maintain and monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and care.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance or a related field.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques, irrigation systems, and safety standards.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Pay: $22.02-$30.24 per hour
