**Your days will include**:

- Deliver employment offers and negotiations in accordance with company policy
- Develop a solid understanding of the business units in HyLife, job requirements, and the required knowledge, skills, and abilities required for each role
- Support the development of job descriptions and job posting creation
- Coordinate background checks, social media scans, and skill testing
- Administer and submit all hiring, promotions, and transfer documents to HR team members
- Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reporting of various recruitment metrics

**To succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- Certificate in Human Resources or a related discipline
- Experience working in an ATS system
- Experience utilizing social media as a recruitment tool
- Excellent customer service skills
