Grade 12 Diploma or Equivalent

- Basic math aptitude

**Experience that would be considered an asset includes**:
Exposure to a production facility
- Operation of forklifts and overhead cranes
- Understanding blueprints, geometric tolerances, and computer numerical controls (CNC) equipment

We offer a competitive compensation package which includes a comprehensive group benefit plan and an RRSP company matched contribution program. The Selkirk facilities are unionized plants and the base wage after probation is $20.12 per hour.
