As we continue to scale, we’re looking for driven, customer-obsessed team members who want to be part of something exciting. **About the Role**: As a **Customer Delivery & Support Coordinator**, you’ll play a key role in providing a seamless and personalized experience for customers who choose to pick up or drop off their vehicles at our Etobicoke location. You’ll be the face of CarDoor during these in-person touchpoints, ensuring everything from vehicle handovers to post-sale support is handled with care, professionalism, and a smile. **What You’ll Do**: - Greet and assist customers visiting our Etobicoke location for: - Picking up their purchased vehicle - Dropping off a vehicle as part of our "Sell Your Car" program - Walk customers through key vehicle features, paperwork, and the final delivery checklist - Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and prepped for a professional handoff - Inspect incoming vehicles from customers and document condition with accuracy - Collaborate with our logistics and operations teams to schedule, prepare, and confirm appointments - Assist with after-sales support, including minor issue resolution, follow-up coordination, and customer satisfaction check-ins - Maintain our on-site delivery area to a high standard of cleanliness and presentation - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by providing feedback from in-person interactions **Who You Are**: - A people person — friendly, patient, and energized by direct customer interaction - Detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for delivering great service - Comfortable handling customer concerns and finding quick solutions - Able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams - Comfortable working on your feet, sometimes outdoors, and with vehicles **What You’ll Need**: - Previous experience in customer service, retail, or dealership environments preferred - Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record - Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Basic computer proficiency (CRM, scheduling tools, etc.) - Passion for cars and helping people — experience in automotive a plus **Why You’ll Love Working at CarDoor**: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Be part of a rapidly growing, innovative company - Opportunities for career growth and skill development - A fun, energetic team that values collaboration and customer delight - Work at the forefront of redefining car ownership in Canada **Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $50,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Casual dress - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking - Vision care Schedule: - 8 hour shift - Every Weekend - Monday to Friday - No weekends - Overtime Work Location: In person
