**What you can expect to do here**:

- Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of bridge construction projects, including grade separations, pedestrian bridges, and highway overpasses.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including structural engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and municipal stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and procurement of materials and services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control assessments.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Communicate regularly with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and resolve issues.Support accelerated bridge construction techniques and innovative delivery models (e.g., CMGC, P3).

**What you’ll bring to WSP**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is an asset.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in bridge design and construction, including leadership roles.
- Proven experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and government clients (e.g., MTO, Parks Canada).
- Strong understanding of seismic design, post-tensioned concrete, and steel composite bridges.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore).
- **Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with accelerated bridge construction and segmental box girder bridges.
- Familiarity with AREMA codes and railway bridge design.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior engineers and site teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
