**Overview**
We are looking to fill one position for building caretaker on weekends in Surrey Central.

**The Job**:

- Cleaning the premises as per the daily cleaning schedule
- Perform daily inspections of all service rooms and other common property, note concerns and recommend and / or take corrective actions, as authorized;
- Patrol Property, including exterior, interior, stairwells, parkade, etc. Report concerns to the Property Manager or building manager.
- Replace burnt out bulbs, up to 8 feet high.
- Call 911 for the removal of any trespassing individuals from the Property;
- Manage the issuance and deactivation of fobs already setup by Building Manager
- Manage the scheduling and supervision of resident moves/ deliveries, including putting up and taking down elevator pads.
- Manage the scheduling and use of amenity room or common space bookings, including collecting fees, documenting space conditions, and ensuring residents are aware of relevant rules and bylaws.
- Administer the collection and documentation of payments from residents
- Document and report bylaw or rule violations to the property manager and help educate residents of these rules.
- Communicate to residents, their visitors, and non-residents in a professional and friendly manner
- Review surveillance cameras as required or directed by the property manager.
- Assist contractors with access to premises
- Maintain up-to-date logs of daily events that take place at the Property
- Respond to emergencies and notify the Property Manager immediately;
