**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- An ability to work quickly and accurately
- Handle the fundamental aspects of company record keeping
- Provide outstanding customer support by answering incoming customer calls, order entry, providing information on the status of sales orders or stock supply, and writing/verifying/tracking sales orders
- Manage existing account base and assist with efficiency for these accounts
- Proactive Customer Service, follow up with other departments and communicate all pertinent information to our customers
- Provide excellent service to internal customers within sales, administration, operations departments
- Keep abreast of all stocked products available

**Required** **Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong time management skills and self-disciplined
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
