**Position Overview**:
The IT Project Manager & Scrum Master plays a dual leadership role in driving strategic technology initiatives and fostering Agile delivery practices across the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of digital transformation projects, while also serving as a servant-leader to Agile teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

**Reports To**: President / Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Key Responsibilities**

**Project Management**
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects aligned with business goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and documentation.
- Oversee platform development, infrastructure optimization, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and implement strategic technology initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Support operational excellence through technology solutions and smart building initiatives.

**Scrum Master**
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices.
- Remove impediments to team progress and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.

**Qualifications**

**Education**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

**Certifications**
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.

**Experience**
- 5 years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in hospitality, or housing sectors.
- 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master or Agile leadership role.
- Proven experience managing enterprise platforms, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
- Strong understanding of property management systems, booking platforms, and customer experience technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with housing compliance systems and tenant data management.
- Familiarity with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO) and long-term lease management tools.

Knowledge of smart building technologies and IoT integration.
