About us: Caribbean Flavah serves authentic Caribbean cuisine. We strive to maintain a highly professional environment. We are seeking staff to assist with cooking our Caribbean dishes.

**Responsibilities**:

- The staff is responsible for the assembly and cooking of all food products according to our recipes. **Follow all required checklists and cleaning schedules during the shift.**
- Assure the proper care, sanitation and maintenance of all food service equipment and identifying equipment needs for food preparation and service. **Ensure food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization and storage. Ensure that meals are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with our recipes. **Prepare and follow a daily prep chart to indicate inventory and required amounts. Maintain a positive attitude and be team player within the restaurant. **Fulfill duties related to kitchen as required by Restaurant Manager.**
- Education: Completion of high school and culinary skills certificate/diploma. Knowledge of cooking Caribbean food is an asset. Experience: At least 1-year cooking/restaurant experience.
- Language: English
- Position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds to 30 pounds occasionally. Starting Date: As soon as possible. Terms of Employment: Part-time and permanent. Please contact Denry
