**Position Summary**

The Resident Services Concierge abides by the organization’s values and provides the highest level of customer service to both residents and visitors at Camby Modern Rentals.

**Essential Duties**:

- Answer and redirect incoming phone calls as required.
- Provide outstanding customer service support including but to limited to explaining building features and services to residents, addressing questions from visitors and service providers as well as sharing general information about amenities in Cambridge and surrounding area.
- Welcome new clients and assist to create a seamless move-in experience.
- Perform general clerical tasks as directed by the Resident Services Manager.
- Keep work area clean and free of debris.
- Stock and sanitize complimentary beverage dispensing area for residents.
- Support onsite team during residents' social events.
- Adhere to property management standards including legislative requirements, compliance, safety standards and emergency response procedures.
- Support leasing and marketing tasks such as assembling information packages for new clients.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Residential Property Management, Hospitality, and/or Luxury/High End Retail experience will be considered an asset.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving and presentation skills.
- Well-developed time management skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and friendly disposition.
- Post-secondary education in hospitality or sales is preferred.

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
