**Qualifications**:

- Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience dans un établissement de restauration/bar.
- Solides compétences en leadership et en service à la clientèle.
- Connaissance complète du fonctionnement d'un restaurant/bar.
- Expérience avérée en gestion du personnel et en formation.

**Responsabilités**:

- Donnez l'exemple en offrant un service client exceptionnel et en veillant à une expérience positive pour les clients.
- Supervisez les opérations quotidiennes pour assurer un déroulement fluide et un service de haute qualité.
