**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to provide support, training and development to individuals in our award winning cafe.

Coco Cafe is a unique social enterprise dedicated to providing training, development and socialization opportunities to individuals with diverse abilities.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in community support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and their families.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a home care setting.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Certification in CPR or First Aid is an advantage but not mandatory.

This position is elegible for tips which average $3-$5 per hour

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
