Become the go-to person for health innovation in life and health insurance.
- Develop and implement an overall health strategy for the life and health insurer that meets clients’ complex business needs while honouring Desjardins’s commitments and acting in accordance with Desjardins’s priorities.
- Identify partnership and investment opportunities with healthtech businesses and other companies.
- Ensure the strategy’s profitability and execution in collaboration with multiple Desjardins stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance and continuous improvement of health solutions and ensure alignment between the multiple stakeholders involved in Desjardins’s health ecosystem, including information security, compliance, legal and finance.
- Develop implementation oversight mechanisms for innovative solutions you design.

**What you bring to the table**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
- Experience in partnerships and business acquisitions
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Knowledge of the life and health insurance industry
