**Job Summary**: Knowledge and understanding of cabinet construction, and parts identification. Have knowledge of materials and different wood species. Knowledge and understanding of machinery.

**Critical Aspects**:

- Receive and review work orders daily from Production Supervisor.
- Organize material in accordance to work orders as required by the daily plans.
- Ensure all work orders are completed as required by the plans in accordance with the daily production schedule.
- Ensure every job is reviewed for quality control prior to leaving the machining or edge banding areas.

**Accountabilities**:

- Responsible for proper use and maintenance of the CNC machine, Edge bander, Forklift, Air compressor, Air dryer, Dust collector, and Vacuum pump, as laid out by Adora Kitchens or the equipment manufacturers, along with the recording of maintenance completed in maintenance books provided.
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and meet or exceed expected completion timelines
- Ensure all storage of materials for both CNC machines, Edge Bander and tooling are always organized.
- Communicate any ordering of material and tooling in a timely manner to your supervisor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Training in forklift operation and maintenance, as specified by Adora supervisor.
- Responsible for Housekeeping and Cleanliness for the CNC machine & Edge bander areas to be cleaned and swept daily.
- Follow company safety policies and attend all company safety meetings.
- Continuing training as required by Adora Production Supervisor.
- Required to work overtime as requested and approved by the production supervisor/manager.
- Utilize/discuss and execute tasks according to all requested by the production supervisor or Production Manager.

**Qualifications: Machining Operator & Edge Banding**
- Basic knowledge of Machining programs
- Cabinetvision software
- Basic computer knowledge
- Knowledge of machine tooling requirements
- Forklift Ticket
- Able to lift 75lbs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
