The VP, Program & Project Management will lead a team of Program and Project Managers for an assigned portfolio, reporting into the Executive Director, Program & Project Management.

As the VP, P&PM, you will make a lasting impact on our organization while gaining exposure to senior leadership and honing your leadership skills by driving a team responsible for large-scale, complex transformations. You will manage to best-in-class program management practices and execution of the assigned portfolio to achieve enterprise strategy and goals. In addition, you will partner with senior leaders and other stakeholders across all business functions to identify, develop and prioritize business demand and ensure that business value is captured, optimized and recognized.

**Responsibilities**:
Support the Executive Director, Program & Project Management in developing and executing the overall program and project strategy, roadmap, and delivery plan to achieve enterprise goals and objectives
Provide leadership to your team, mentor, coach and develop your team members to ensure optimal alignment of talent to project scope and objectives.
Monitor key performance indicators to track overall portfolio results and ensure the successful progress and end to end delivery of programs and projects
Maintain and adhere to project management best practices and a robust change management and escalation management framework across all programs and projects
Effective communication, negotiation, collaboration and relationship management with Global teams to prioritize objectives effectively and support your team's delivery to meet timelines and strategic goals.
Proactive management of program and project risks and associated impacts; make relevant recommendations to steering committee and senior management to mitigate issues
Solicit direct feedback from key stakeholders to ensure progress towards the company's strategic plans, and to drive continuous improvement
Influence strategic priorities and initiatives, as well as guide the Senior Leadership Team on strategies to meet overall business performance targets
Lead the planning, organization, and execution of cross-functional business improvement projects and programs;
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
10+ years of project management or equivalent experience managing complex, transformative business and technology programs with a proven track record of delivering for larger enterprise(s);
Minimum of 10 (ten) years' experience leading and motivating high-performing team(s) or equivalent achieving results through others, in a dynamic, matrixed environment
Strong acumen in Project Management Methodology and PMBOK, risk management, and change management; professional certifications (PMI, ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) preferred;
Highly influential communicator with the ability to engage and align stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated strategic thought leadership, change management, problem solving skills, critical thinking, and business analysis skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive decision-making
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project), collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) and office tools (Google suite, Smart Sheet and MS Office)
Demonstrated strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction while maintaining high ethics and professional integrity in all interactions
Established familiarity with Payments processing industry preferred
