Labourer

**Job Overview**

We are seeking dedicated and adventurous individuals to join our summer vegetation management program. As part of our team, you will help control invasive weeds in remote locations in northern British Columbia. This full-time position involves rotating shifts and runs from June to September. Daily activities include helicopter travel to and from sites and vegetation management tasks.

**Duties**
- Foster a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and participating in safety meetings.
- Conduct daily inspections of tools and equipment.
- Assist in regular quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment on project goals.

**Requirements**:

- Strong work ethic with the ability to deliver results on challenging projects.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Willingness to work remote shift work (Fly in Fly out: 14 days on, 7 days off).
- Experience with vegetation management and a valid Alberta or BC Herbicide Applicators license would be an asset.
