**Host are responsible for giving guests a great first impression, providing a warm, inviting, friendly prompt greetings, seating guests comfortably as soon as possible. Promoting menu or bar items, specials is also part of the host duties when seating guests. Assist servers and helping to maintain, clean attractive environment for guests.**

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Well groomed, smiles readily, friendly manner, excellent first impression**
- **Able to communicate well with a wide variety of people, reads guests, adapts tone and builds rapport.**
- **Outgoing and confident, comfortable promoting items and services**
- **Team player, works productively and engages well with team members**
- **High energy, shows a sense of urgency**
- **Works well under pressure, maintains a pleasant demeanor under stress**
- **Well organized and efficient, attentive to detail and multitask**

**KEY RESPOSIBILITIES**:

- **Presents themselves professionally, e.g.: Well groomed, clean uniform.**
- **Ensures guests are greeted warmly and promptly upon arrival, thank guests upon departure**

**Take and package Skip, Uber and Doordash orders**
- **Seats guests as comfortably and as soon as possible**
- **Promotes specials with enthusiasm and confidence**
- **Being proactive to potential guest concerns**
- **Maximizes seating capacity and efficiency, rotation, keep floor plan updated**
- **Maintains high standards and safety, cleanliness and keeping lobby area attractive**
- **Accurately and efficiently uses POS system and processes payments for take out and delivery, including proper cash handling**
- **Cleans tables upon guest departure with proper cleaning etiquette**
- **Assists team players on the service team**
- **As needed, including opening, and closing tasks and other duties designated by Management or Service Leader**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time

**Salary**: $16.50 per hour
