Working within a diverse group of companies, Bristol Parts is looking for someone to join their team as a Parts and Warehouse Coordinator.

Team & Culture

Expectations
- Receive and organize parts requested from customers
- Pull required parts from the inventory
- Work with Purchaser to ensure required parts are obtained on time
- Receive and ship parts and supplies
- Ensure all cores and unneeded parts are returned promptly
- Maintain proper stock levels of parts, supplies, and consumables
- Facilitate completed sales to ensure customers’ expectations are met or exceeded
- Maintain the parts database in the maintenance program
- Maintain order in the warehouse to be responsive and accommodating to the needs of the business
- Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse

**Qualifications**:

- 2-3 years experience in a comparable role
- Advanced active listening, written and oral communication skills
- Valid class 5 driver’s license
