**Overview**
**Duties**
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and standards
- Serve food to customers with a focus on excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
- Handle food safely and adhere to all health regulations
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure all ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management
- Follow all food safety protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the restaurant or food service industry is preferred
- Strong skills in cooking, meal preparation, and food handling
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation of food
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
