. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and supporting the daily operations of the shop. This is a great opportunity for someone who is bilingual in Spanish and English and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with their inquiries
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop floor
- Receive and process incoming inventory shipments
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide support to the sales team as needed

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate pricing and product placement
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior experience in sales or retail is a plus

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
