**Purpose of the Role**:
This position requires an individual that has the solid foundation of a technical education, or equivalent experience, and has taken their career in a project management direction.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- You have a university degree or college diploma in a technical field, or an equivalent amount of practical work experience.
- You have 1 to 3 years of project management experience in an engineering, technical or manufacturing environment.
- You have the ability to review engineering and manufacturing plans and recommend changes to suit your project plans.
- You are familiar with engineering drawings and documentation.
- You have an understanding of supply chains and quality requirements as they relate to product development.
- You have an understanding of design verification techniques and practices.

**Bonus Skills and Qualifications**:

- You are registrants (EIT, P.Eng, PE) of an engineering association.

**What Success looks like in this role**:

- You will work with Product Delivery Managers to develop project documents. Examples of documents include charters and budgets.
- You will assist with project control: Develop project schedules and budgets, monitor activity progress and spending, and explain time gaps and variances against budget.
- You will work with research and product development teams to obtain project updates for updating of technical status, schedules, budgets and product cost models.
