This position is for our Extendicare St. Catharines Home, located in St. Catharines, Ontario.
- Available opportunities: Casual Weekends Required
What you’ll be doing- Develop, implement, review and evaluate resident care plans-
- Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.-
- Provide leadership to personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work-
- Assist in orienting and training new team membersWhat you bring- Current registration with provincial College of Nurses-
