We are looking for a hard-working and organized team player who loves pizza and pizza-making traditions. The successful applicant must have kitchen or pizza-making experience.

$18-$20 plus tips to start, and wage can increase with experience and increased responsibilities.

Medical and dental benefits are available if the position grows into full time.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook pizza dough, sauces, and toppings according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and effectively.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including regular cleaning of kitchen tools and equipment.
- Assist in training new kitchen staff on food handling procedures and cooking techniques.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in food preparation or cooking is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food handling. Food-safe certification is required.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Knowledge of New York Style pizza and/or hand stretching techniques is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
