**KEY LEADER**

Our Retail Team works together towards a common goal: to maximize sales by creating best in class experiences that focuses on cannabis education and customer experience. By being informed, friendly, and inviting, our retail teams are committed to building relationships with our customers and contribute to an environment that is fun and full of opportunity.

**As Key Leader, you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the store leadership team in driving business results
- Represent the store leadership team when they are not in store
- Providing feedback to your team in support of operational and service excellence
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience and always leading by example
- Opening and/or closing the store in alignment with company standards

**Key Leader Qualifications**:

- Must have CannSell certificate
- Minimum one year work experience in cannabis retail
- Natural leader and excited to develop upon business acumen
- Team player and driven to excel
- Love of learning and growing your skill set
- Committed to delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Flexible availability to support the needs of the business
- Ability to troubleshoot and think clearly in times of high volume
- Previous knowledge of the Cannabis industry considered an asset
- Applicants must be 19 years of age or older

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nepean, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Cannabis sales: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CannSell (required)
