**Commission-Based Truck Driver (Independent Contractor)**

**Contract Opportunity - Not Employment**

We are seeking a **reliable and experienced Truck Driver (Independent Contractor)** to operate one of our company trucks on a **commission-only basis**. This is **not an employee position**. No T4 will be issued and **no benefits are provided**.

We supply the **truck and consistent work**. Your responsibility is to **drive, load, and unload** safely and professionally.

**Compensation**
- **Commission-based pay**:

- **Minimum commission: $3,500 per month**:

- Earnings are based on completed jobs and productivity
- Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and deductions

**What We Provide**

- Dispatch and job assignments
- Operational support

**Your Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle for assigned deliveries
- Load and unload cargo as required
- Secure loads properly using straps, nets, or other equipment
- Conduct basic pre-trip and post-trip vehicle checks
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers
- Comply with all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Complete deliveries efficiently and on schedule

**Contractor Requirements**
- Valid **Class 5 driver’s license**:

- Clean driving abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with loading/unloading and securing cargo is an asset
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong time management and reliability

**Important Note**

This position is offered strictly as an **independent contractor arrangement**:

- ❌ No employment relationship
- ❌ No benefits
- ❌ No vacation pay
- ❌ No EI or CPP contributions
- ❌ No T4 issued

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month
