**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily operations of the parts department, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking parts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
- Train and supervise parts department staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Monitor sales trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly to meet customer demand.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and resolving issues related to parts orders.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales transactions, and supplier information.
- Implement best practices for inventory control and loss prevention.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a parts management role or similar position within the automotive industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Proficient in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
