**Nail Technician Job Description**

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Provide a range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements.
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting appropriate shades and styles.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in all work areas and tools.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring an exceptional customer service experience.
- Upsell additional services such as hair extensions, eyelash extensions, body waxing, and esthetic laser treatments based on client interests.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty services to provide informed recommendations.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that enhance client experiences at home.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetology principles related to nail care, hair styling, barbering, and body waxing.
- Familiarity with retail math concepts to assist in product sales effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients and address their needs effectively.
