**Description d'emploi**:
We’re looking for a **Data Center Operations Coordinator** to join our team at TJX. In this role, you'll lead and coordinate Data Centre staff, ensure production flow, provide support and training, manage reports, and oversee data entry activities.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead and coordinate Data Centre staff, ensuring production flow and reporting.
- Provide support, training, guidance, and direction to Data Centre staff.
- Manage, collect, filter, and process various management reports.
- Communicate with the Planning Department regarding old date and distribution information.
- Assist Data Centre Associates and Clerks with daily activities and ensure steady ticket flow and productivity.

**About You**:

- OSSD Grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Knowledge of Data Centre and Receiving operations.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication, and intermediate computer skills (e.g., MS Office, IMSP, SCAN).
- Ability to develop collaborative relationships and provide effective customer service.

Salary Range: $43,117.50-$60,364.50 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
