We are a flat rate environment with great earning potential, extended

**Responsibilities**:
CSN Elite Body Shop is committed to providing our staff with a clean and safe
work environment and the equipment to assist them in working as efficiently
as possible. In return, we ask that our team put the same commitment into
providing our clients with a premium product that reflects the level of quality
on which we have built our company.
Primary Duties include but are not limited to:
- Review body work for quality and completeness when it enters the
paint department.
- sanding, masking, and preparing vehicles and parts for paint.
- Colour match and mix paint.
- Refinish vehicles and parts to pre-accident condition.
- Complete all work noted on repair orders.
- Support development of apprentices.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstation and equipment.
- Wet sand and polish any paint defects or dirt nibs.
- Maximize efficiency material usage
Qualifications:
Journeyman Red Seal
Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team.
Ability to communicate and interact effectively with co-workers.
ICAR Gold or platinum is an asset.
Sikkens Autowave experience is a plus, but we will facilitate and assist with
any retraining required.
