Heli-One is the leader in rotor wing maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) with decades of expertise supporting a wide range of helicopters. Our global support network includes base maintenance; line maintenance; component and engine repair and overhaul; and Engineering and Design within our 500,000 square feet of international facilities in Vancouver, Canada; Stavanger, Norway; and Rzeszow, Poland.

Heli-One Canada is looking for **Structures AME's** in their Richmond location. They will be responsible for assessing damage and corrosion of aircraft structures; repairing, replacing and modifying sheet metal or composite structures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Follows approved repair/modification procedures for component or aircraft, consulting internal procedures that have been TC approved, OEM’s technical data, and work package instructions
- Positions and aligns subassemblies in jigs or fixtures, using measuring instruments, following blueprint lines and index points
- Inspects completed work to identify any needed rework before signing off; ensures that repaired components meet prescribed standards and tolerances
- Performs serviceability tests on repairs using test equipment specified in technical manuals
- Completes work package documentation by signing/stamping off after finishing all designated operations
- Bolts, screws, or rivets accessories to fasten, support, or hang components and subassemblies. Cuts, trims, files parts, and verifies fitting tolerances to prepare for installation
- Drills holes in structure and subassemblies, and attaches brackets, hinges, or clips to secure installation or to fasten subassemblies. Inspects and tests installed units, parts, and equipment for fit, performance, and compliance with standards, using measuring instruments and test equipment
- Installs units, parts, equipment, and components in structural assembly, according to blueprints and specifications, using hand tools and power tools.
- Locates and marks reference points and holes for installation of parts and components, using jigs, templates, and measuring instruments
- Maintain and instill hangar housekeeping policies for area of responsibility
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Work shifts /weekends as required
- International travel may be required

**Qualifications**:

- Current Transport Canada AME S license
- A minimum of 3 years experience on rotary wing aircraft
- Self-motivated and strong work ethic
- Ability to process complex systems and logically think through problems
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to deal with multiple concurrent requirements, ambiguity and demanding situations
- Proven track record of attendance
- Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment
