**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed during their shopping experience.
- Accurately process transactions using cash registers and point-of-sale systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively upsell items.
- Ensure the checkout area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.

**Requirements**:

- Must have tim Hortons experience
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining a positive customer relationship.
- Comfortable using technology sales tools and point-of-sale systems.
