**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the proposal process from inception to submission, ensuring compliance, high-quality, and timely delivery
- Organize kick-off meetings and set clear deadlines
- Set up a customized proposal template for each opportunity
- Write, edit, and refine content with clarity and creativity
- Adapt existing marketing materials such as resumes and project descriptions to fit new opportunities
- Review proposals to ensure all required content is included and that the final product is polished, consistent, and error-free
- Track active proposals and contribute ideas to improve our process
- Use tools like Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign to create compelling documents
- Manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Help foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or University Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, English, Journalism, Technical Writing, or a related discipline
- A strong communicator with excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- A team player who can manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Comfortable working with people across different disciplines and levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Experience with Adobe InDesign is a plus

**Experience That’s a Plus**
- AEC industry experience
- Familiarity with proposals, RFPs, or fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Graphic design talent and experience
