We are currently seeking a full-timeCommercial residential **foreman** for our commercial and multi-residential projects in Edmonton and surrounding area.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work under the leadership of the Project Manager
- Assigns tasks and is responsible for monitoring the progress of a project: planning, organizing materials and labour at site level
- Uphold responsibilities of the position according to OH and S
- Responsible for all site administrative documentation including time tracking of a crew, safety, tool/asset documentation.
- Communicates closely with the Project Manager to ensure that all schedules and budgets are met
- Ensure workers are knowledgeable about their roles and make assignments according to skill sets
- Involved and supportive of any day to day disciplinary decisions
- Perform other duties as they may be needed

**Qualifications**:

- Red seal plumbing ticket
- High work ethic and dedication to the company
- Mechanical aptitude and strong knowledge of plumbing code
- Read and comprehend blueprints, with the ability to visualize a finished product
- Leadership and strong communication skills
- Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, critical thinking skills and detail oriented
- Strong/efficient organizational skills, delegation of labour hours
- Technologically literate
- A valid class 5 driver’s license

**Salary**: From $38- 44 per hour

93% PAID Benefits:

Schedule:

- 44 Hour work weeks - 9 hour Monday to Thursday, 8 on Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Banked time 1 for one unless client pays overtime

Must be local to Edmonton and surrounding area

**Experience**:

- construction: 5 year (preferred)

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: $38.00-$44.00 per hour
