**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate and monitor machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Assemble components according to detailed specifications and blueprints.
- Fabricate parts using lathes and other machining equipment.
- Utilize hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy.
- Change molds as needed
- mixing raw materials according to the company _**established**_ measurements.
- Package finished products for shipment, ensuring quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot equipment issues and improve production processes.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Familiarity with machining processes, including the operation of lathes and other machinery.
- Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments like calipers.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
