Yard Controller/class a Driver

**Clearwater Structures Inc.** is looking for a **Yard Controller/Class A Driver** to add to our growing team. If you are a positive, career-oriented individual who enjoys the fast-paced challenge of a growing company and coordinating multiple projects, we want to hear from you. The Yard Controller will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operations of the yard.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Shipping and receiving - coordinate with relevant parties, organize and prepare outgoing items for shipment, receive and inspect incoming items
- Yard organization - ensure all items are organized in an efficient and effective manner, items store safety and securely, yards is clean, organized and maintained to ensure efficiency and safe working environment
- Some truck driving (all company equipment ie; roll-off, reefer, tractor trailer, etc)
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and schedule of activities in the yard
- Other related projects or duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Knowledge of heavy equipment and construction material storage (ie; telehandler, overhead crane, forklift, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (written, oral, verbal)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across multiple departments
- Must have a valid full A license and clean abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
