Quality Control Inspector/ Junior Technician

As a Quality Control Inspector/ Junior Technician your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

- Perform QC inspections on repaired electronics including but not limited to notebooks, tablets, desktops, point of sale terminals and server equipment.
- Detailed visual inspection to ensure 100% within compliance on all repair quality guidelines.
- Careful review and confirmation on accuracy of identification of product.
- Cleaning and packaging of completed repairs and like products
- Ensure that KPI expectations are achieved on all duties.
- Adherence of all internal documented work instructions.
- Ability to assist with the technician repair lines in peak period times or coverage with minor repairs, configurations & part installs
- Maintaining a clean and efficient work area.
- Practicing and following ESD procedures
- Continued development on the competency skillset expectations outlined for the position.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Must be a team player committed to working with peers to ensure Customer Service Level Agreements are always met
- Can work independently on known tasks and can identify areas and timing when additional assistance or guidance is required
- A relevant technical degree / diploma is an advantage

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
