**Job Summary**
MSR Landscaping Inc. is hiring dependable worker to join our Snow Shovelling Crew for the 2025/26 winter season. This position is ideal for someone looking for extra income and who can reliably show up during snow events.

**Duties**
- Shovel sidewalks, walkways, entrances, and steps at commercial properties
- Spread salt as needed
- Work safely around heavy equipment and active job sites
- Follow instructions from crew leads and maintain communication

**Qualifications**
- Reliable transportation to our shop (Midland)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be physically able to shovel and lift snow
- Ability to work outdoors in cold, snowy conditions
- Strong reliability and punctuality are essential
- Experience is an asset but not required — training provided

**Additional Notes**
- This is a fast-paced, high-priority position — clients are commercial and expect timely service
- Perfect for someone wanting part-time / seasonal work.

**Schedule**
- On-call position — work is based on snowfall
- Shifts may occur early mornings, evenings, overnight, and weekends
- Number of hours varies depending on weather
- Must be able to report promptly when called

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: $17.20-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
