Care Giver

**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors and individuals with disabilities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to perform various tasks that promote independence and dignity.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Support meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor health conditions.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment through regular cleaning duties.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to appropriate personnel.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or senior care is preferred.
- Knowledge of patient care techniques including dementia care and hospice care is advantageous.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Ability to perform caregiving tasks such as cleaning, meal preparation, and medication administration.
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor are essential for this role.
- Must be physically capable of performing heavy lifting as required by client needs.
