Dynamic Glass & Door is a full service company specializing in glass and aluminum installation and repair. We are looking for a full time journeyperson glazier who is driven by providing exceptional customer service, which is a big part of our high level of integrity.

We are seeking an organized, positive, efficient, team player who can handle a full work load. We are looking for someone experienced with aluminum, glass, door, and window hardware. We want someone who is passionate about succeeding in the company, with the potential of profit sharing or share ownership. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail is important for this role.

As a Journeyperson, your duties will include the following:

- Installation of glass and aluminum for windows, storefronts, curtainwall, entrance doors, and skylights
- Troubleshoot, repair and service commercial aluminum doors and other glass supporting structures, and replace damaged glass or faulty sealant
- Perform site visits to accurately measure windows, doors, frames, and glass
- Installation of railings, partitions/walls, and shower enclosures
- Share an on-call rotation for after hours and weekends
- Filling out paperwork accurately and efficiently

Qualifications and Skills:

- Journeyperson requires trade certification from a recognized institution
- Red Seal Trade Certification (an asset)
- Willingness and ability to train and mentor junior staff
- Must be able to run a crew on projects in excess of $200,000.00
- Read and understand blueprints and specifications, with a keen sense of detail to find any inconsistencies before they become issues or problems
- Auto Cad experience (an asset)
- Aptitude for math, measuring, and the use of power / hand tools
- Ability to multi-task and run many projects at one time, keeping customers happy at each step of the way
- Class 5 drivers licence
- Ability to work at heights
- Attention to working safely at all times
- Able to work out of town for short durations
- A strong work ethic with long term commitment to the company

**Salary**: $32.00 to $38.00 per hour
